Product Description
The GE DS200DTBAG1A is a Digital Contact Terminal Board (DTBA), part of GE’s Mark V LM Series, engineered for gas turbine control management systems. Classified as a Contact Input Termination Module, it is installed at locations Q11, Q21, and Q51 within digital cores, serving as a critical interface between contact inputs and the TCDA.
Its core function is to route the first 46 contact inputs of a digital core to the TCDA board, with input sense inversion configurable via TCDA IO settings for fail-safe functionality. It draws 125 VDC power via the JY connector and supports two excitation voltage options for contact input via the TB2 terminal board—implemented at the factory. The Mark V LM controller uses its power to provide fuse-isolated, current-limited interrogation voltage for inputs. Jumpers on the board isolate field grounds by cutting interrogation voltage, grouped in 8-contact sets, and require turbine shutdown for adjustments. It also enables TCDA to timestamp contact input status changes within 1ms and runs continuous diagnostics to alert on circuit failures.
